This refers to
  1) Network uptime
  2) Hardware issues
  3) Servers fully managed by us.

What this does not include is downtime due to
  A) Software errors on servers that are self managed
  B) Existence or continuity of backups
  C) Down time due to reboots and upgrades
  D) Any outage requested and/or sceduled with the customer
  E) Excess server load due to insufficient hardware - meaning hardware that is simply not sufficient to handle the traffic load generated by the software.

We do offer discounts when you sign up for an annual hosting plan, viewable upon signup. We change these from time to time, and they are somewhat dependant on the configuration of your package.
